Work / Jenius Bank

Executive Brand Marketing →leadership voices people actually trust.

Led Executive Brand Marketing for Jenius Bank in partnership with Sourcecode, translating leadership POVs into human, confidence-building social content designed to build trust at scale. The work focused on elevating executive voices beyond traditional PR by turning real conversations, interviews, and thought leadership into approachable, social-first storytelling.

Overview

Context + role

What this program needed, and what I owned end-to-end.

Context

Jenius needed executive-led content that felt credible and culturally fluent, not like recycled PR. The work had to build trust in a regulated category while staying clear, consistent, and actually worth someone’s time on social.

My role
  • Led POV development and shaped how executives showed up on social.
  • Turned interviews and long-form conversations into social-first narratives and formats.
  • Directed a repeatable asset system across visuals, pull quotes, and short-form pieces.
  • Partnered closely with Sourcecode, plus legal and compliance, to move fast without cutting corners.
Problem

Make leadership content feel useful and human, not like corporate messaging.

Constraint

Regulated environment where accuracy matters and approvals are real.

Approach

A simple system: capture the thinking, translate it for social, and keep the voice consistent.

Execution model

How we ran it

POV development, a repeatable asset system, and a workflow that kept it moving.

Block

POV development

  • Identified the strongest themes executives could credibly own
  • Turned leadership thinking into clear, usable narrative angles
  • Kept the tone confident, approachable, and consistent across leaders
  • Built a bank of topics so content wasn’t reinvented every cycle
Block

Social-first translation

  • Pulled the best moments from interviews and conversations
  • Wrote and structured assets for scanning, saving, and sharing
  • Designed formats that felt native on social, not like press excerpts
  • Balanced clarity with nuance so ideas stayed accurate and useful
Block

Collaboration + approvals

  • Partnered with Sourcecode to move from thinking to assets quickly
  • Worked with legal and compliance early so revisions stayed small
  • Created a review flow that protected accuracy without killing the voice
  • Maintained visual and narrative consistency across the system

Goal
Make leadership POV feel human, clear, and credible
What these examples show
  • I can translate deep leadership thinking into digestible, relatable content.
  • I keep the voice consistent across formats so it feels like a connected brand.
  • I can align high-level stakeholders through my strategic social frameworks even in complex, regulated, environments.
Why this matters

In finance, trust is paramount. Executive POV only works when it feels relatable, useful, and honest. This work shows how I build that kind of presence through sharp nuance and a deep understanding of the consumer.
